Print-on-Demand Items (Non-Returnable)

Because our apparel and accessories are made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for print-on-demand items due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Dropshipped Items

For non-POD items fulfilled through our supplier partners, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Processing Time

All print-on-demand orders require a production period before shipping. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, in addition to shipping transit time. Dropshipped items typically process within 1–3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and standard carrier services. Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

International Shipping

We ship to 27 countries worldwide via DHL Express and standard international carriers. Estimated delivery times after production:

  • International Standard: 10–20 business days
  • DHL Express: 3–7 business days (where available)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Multiple Shipments
